I have worked all my life in education, as teacher, researcher, policy adviser and consultant. I am an experienced evaluator, writer and presenter. I have an international profile in educational research and hold a Visiting Professorship at the Institute of Education, London, and a Fellowship at Oxford University Department of Education.
